    I called BUG-U for assistance with a suspected carpenter ant invasion on a duplex property i own. The representative that answered was pleasant and knowledgeable and advised me to setup a bi-monthly service for the summer season to get the general insect issues we have resolved. I was told it could take up to a week for the initial visit- however i received a call to schedule a tech the following day.The tech arrived 2 days after my initial call (great response time considering that this likely a very busy time for the company). The tech was very knowledgeable and thorough in his evaluation and treatment, verifying the carpenter ant problem and verifying their entry locations on both sides of our duplex.
